Terms, privacy and refunds

Last updated October 7, 2026

The short version: make greetings that are kind (or at least affectionate). Don't use SkyGreeting to hurt anyone. We keep only what a greeting needs to work. If a paid greeting doesn't work for you, email us and we'll refund it.

What SkyGreeting is

SkyGreeting lets you design a fireworks show with your own words and send it to someone as a link. The show plays live in their web browser; it isn't a video. How sharp it looks depends on their device, and it needs an internet connection to load.

By making or sending a greeting, you agree to these terms.

What you can't put in a greeting

You're responsible for the words you send. Don't use SkyGreeting to:

Mild swearing between friends is fine. We filter some words automatically, and we may take down any greeting that breaks these rules, without a refund.

Reports and take-downs

Anyone who receives a greeting can report it. When several different people report the same greeting, it's taken down automatically, and we review reports by hand. If you think we took yours down by mistake, email us.

Payments and refunds

Privacy

A greeting's words are kept only so its short link can show them: free ones for a year, paid ones until you ask us to delete them, plus your email for paid ones. No ads and no accounts; we count visits with Google Analytics, which never sees a greeting's words. The details are in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as SkyGreeting grows. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
